At GAIABIANCA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you have purchased a product that does not suit you, or if you wish to return it for any other reason, you can easily send it back to us. We strive to make the return process as simple as possible.

Our Return Policy Specifications

Return Period

Orders may be returned for any reason within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in the same condition as received and must be sent back in their original packaging.

Return Fee

GAIABIANCA provides return labels for all returns within Sweden. A return fee of 59 SEK will be deducted from the refund amount.

Important Information

We only accept returns that are sent using the return label provided by GAIABIANCA.
